Our mission is to promote the economic well-being of women in Nova Scotia. We do this by creating programs and services that support women’s full participation in the social and economic development of this province.

Our objectives are to: 

• Create social and economic opportunities
• Provide arenas for learning and growth
• Build both individual and group capacity
• Support collaborations, partnerships and networks
• Encourage the inclusion of diverse women
• Promote gender equality in all agencies and institutions
